Our team are highly qualified and greatly experienced in working with children who have all aspects of SEN. Our specialisms include:

ASD
Two members of our team have vast, specialist experience in  working with children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We design sessions for children with social and communication difficulties with an in depth understanding of the condition in order to facilitate maximum progress. Sessions are highly structured, with clear communication and time given to students to process information, all in an ASD friendly environment.

Moderate Learning difficulties/Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia) (Dyscalculia)
Another of our team has many years experience of working with children who have all aspects of Special Educational Need. With a teaching qualification and a masters degree in inclusive education, she is able to offer support in equipping children with the skills necessary to access the mainstream curriculum. We develop  personalised learning programmes for children with specific learning difficulties and moderate learning difficulties. Diagnostic assessment is used to ascertain levels of need and personalised learning programmes are developed which are tailored to individual need. The programmes are delivered using multisensory teaching techniques in order to access all learning channels. There is a strong emphasis on building confidence and self esteem throughout these highly specialised sessions.

SEBD
Support for children who have Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties can take the form of specific time limited intervention programmes focused on particular areas of need including anger management, conflict resolution, self esteem building and development of social skills.
